Do not sell or share my personal information

Where you stand on the “sale” and “sharing” of your data — and how to opt out.

Some privacy laws — such as the CCPA in California — give you the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. tek54 does not sell your personal information for money. However, because we show advertising through Google, the use of advertising cookies to serve personalised ads may count as a “sale” or “share” for cross-context behavioural advertising under some of these laws. You can opt out using the options below.

How to opt out of personalised advertising

  • Use the on-site consent banner to reject non-essential cookies.
  • Send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser — we honour it automatically as an opt-out.
  • Turn off ad personalisation in Google Ads Settings: adssettings.google.com.
  • Opt out of participating third-party vendors at aboutads.info (US) or youronlinechoices.eu (EU/UK).
  • Block or delete advertising cookies in your browser settings.

Other requests

You can also ask us to access or delete personal information associated with you — for example, a newsletter subscription. Email [email protected] from the address concerned, and we will verify and action your request within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Authorised agents

You may use an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of authorisation and verify your identity directly before acting.

Updates

If regulations in your jurisdiction require additional opt-out mechanisms, we will provide them here. Questions: [email protected].
